Federal, state and local requirements for environmental assessments on utility, road and development projects add a layer to the effort required before the project can begin. For our engineering and municipal clients, Hill Country Environmental provides environmental assessment documentation that meets applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and agency coordination to support the project. We maintain certification as a HUB/WBE to assist engineering clients in meeting project goals for women's business enterprise participation.
